لمس جهاز أمني رفيع على اطّلاع حثيث على مجريات عودة النازحين السوريين، عرقلة كبرى من قبل النظام السوري، بحيث تلقّت الدولة اللبنانية ردًّا سلبياً على منح الموافقة لـ٧٥٤ نازحاً سورياً أبدوا رغبتهم بالعودة.
